Another new build property with very poor drainage and a patio area just big enough to stand on transformed into an inviting area that can be used all year round. We started by removing all existing slabs, turf and a foot deep of rocky soil in order to install the new drainage system and sufficient sub base. We then installed 900x600mm Storm Grey porcelain paving slabs with Anthracite grout, Artificial grass, Sqaured off the new back fence, Timber edging all round and finished with some ice Blue chippings.

A new build garden with drainage that works
A new build with poor drainage and a patio just big enough to stand on. A foot of rocky soil came out, new drainage and an ACO drain went in, then Storm Grey porcelain and artificial grass.
